TRINITY GRACE VARIETY SHOW

The Trinity Grace Variety Show is NOT a talent show - though some people may actually be talented! It is a variety show. We can’t promise talent, but we can promise variety! The purpose of the show is to create a context for community to be built and joy to be shared. Not only is it a blast to spend the evening together, it’s also a family-friendly event to bring friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers to.

DETAILS:

  • February 7, 2025 @ TWU’s Townsend Auditorium

  • Doors open at 6:30pm - show begins at 7:00pm

3 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

PERFORM

From hula hooping, to dancing, to sax solos, to funny skits - the variety show is true to its name! If you (or a group) would like to audition, here’s what you need to know:

  1. PRE-REGISTRATION: Before registering, you MUST be able to say yes to these 3 questions about your act:

    1. Is it less than 5 minutes? If not - find a way to shorten it or find something else!

    2. Is it truly funny OR impressive? If you said yes, ask an honest friend or 3 just to make sure!

    3. Is it family friendly? No cussin’ or inappropriate content!

  2. REGISTRATION: If you can say YES to all of the above, you must fill out the registration form and submit a video audition no later than Friday, January 24, 2025.

  3. RESPONSE: Our panel will review your registration and video audition and respond to you within the week following. There are a limited number of slots available, so please understand that we’ll pick the acts that will best suit the purpose of the event.

CONCLUSION

It’s been said that the family who plays together stays together. We don’t want to take ourselves too seriously. We want to forge friendships based on humility and trust - so that we can walk out the Christian life together. The Variety Show is but another installment toward that end.
