WHAT: Pack up some lunch for a Trinity Grace Family Hike and Picnic!

WHEN: Saturday, June 18, 10am - 2pm

DETAILS: We'll meet at the parking lot at 10am. You'll need $3 for a parking pass. If you want to join in on the hike to Benton Waterfall, we plan to start hiking by 10:15. It's an easy 3 mile out and back.

For those who want to skip the hike, there's a nice beach area suitable for kids of all ages. Bring swim suits and sand toys!

Additionally, there are some grill stations and picnic areas.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT GPS

Coming from the Athens area, your GPS may try to take you up the backside of a mountain in Delano. This is gravel road with switchbacks. If you feel comfortable on this terrain, then it DOES shave off around 15-20 minutes of driving.

However, there is an alternative, safer, paved, scenic route off of HWY 74. This route takes you along the Ocoee River before making a left turn toward Chilhowee Recreation Area. See map below!
