Ephesians 4:16 says “… the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
We are a church rich with members who are eager to serve. There are so many things going on, especially “behind the scenes” that provide opportunities to use our gifts to serve one another. Every one of these moments of service contribute to the health and growth of Trinity Grace. Every minute of sleep sacrificed to come and set up chairs. Every meal prepared to invite the lonely into your home. Every minute taken to call a struggling friend. Every dime given to help secure a home for this church. Every open-handed moment given for the sake of the gospel builds the church up in love.
The video below captures just a fraction of what goes into allowing our Sunday morning service to be possible. And we just want to take a moment to say that we are grateful to God for each member of Trinity Grace Church! Thank you for serving the Lord and one another in so many ways on Sunday and beyond.
There are many ways to serve. On Sunday, Walt mentioned at least a couple areas of continued need. We could use additional help in TGKids and with setup. If you are looking for ways to get plugged in and serve, please contact Tim Smith (tpsmith@athensk8.net). He would be happy to talk with you and help get you involved.
